Women’s Fall Bible Studies

We’re reimagining women’s Bible study—you might even call it a Bible exploration. Each week, you’ll spend time on your own with five days of readings and reflection questions, working through about 15–30 verses in small daily portions. Then we’ll come together to share our answers, listen to one another, and hear how God is speaking through His Word. No videos, no lectures—just women learning and growing side by side in Scripture.

This will be an inductive study—meaning we’ll begin by observing what the passage says, then interpret its meaning in context, and finally consider how to apply it to our lives today. It’s a great fit for those who are newer to Bible study as well as those who want to deepen their ability to really engage with Scripture.

There are two ways you can join in this fall (this is an 11-week study):

  • Thursday mornings – September 25th through December 11th (skip November 27th), 9:30–10:30 a.m., with optional social time beginning at 9:00. Childcare will be available with advanced registration.

  • Sunday mornings – September 28th through December 14th (skip November 23rd), 9:30–10:30 a.m., with optional social time beginning at 9:00. Nursery, kids, and student ministry will be available during this time.

Recurring Women’s Groups

  • Quilt, knit, crochet, embroider or sew with us! No experience necessary – we welcome all ages and skill levels. We meet the second and fourth Mondays at 10:00 am at our Jones Road Campus.

  • Meets the second Tuesday of each month from 9:30 -11:30 for Bible study and the fourth Tuesday of each month for a lunch/social. The study location rotates monthly between our Jones and Fry campus.

  • Meets at 9:30a every Tuesday from September to May at the Jones Road campus. Biblically-based curriculum studies and discussion. All ages of life and stages of faith welcome.

  • A Fellowship Group for Widows (women-only)

    Monthly outings to various sites around Houston, luncheons, and friendship.

  • MomCo encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church. MomCo has expanded at Foundry to include moms with children from infant to school age.

Life Groups

Life Groups create a space for people to intentionally root their lives around God’s Word while sharing their lives with others who also what to grow in their faith. This is where community is fostered.

Groups are typically comprised of 4 to 12 people. We believe that our faith grows better in circles than in rows. The best way to KNOW - FOLLOW and SHARE Jesus is with other people. Click on the button below for more information about meeting times and locations.

MomCo

Mom-ing can be tough! Both of our Foundry campuses serve as local venues for this nation-wide program designed to give moms opportunities for fellowship through speaker events, service projects, activities and more.
