Position Summary
Foundry Church Preschool is seeking a passionate, organized, and ministry-minded Teacher or Co-Teacher. You will create a vibrant classroom culture for children ages 15 months to 4 years, blending early childhood education with spiritual foundation building.
Essential Responsibilities
Lesson Execution: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons, crafts, and faith activities.
Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, structured, positive, and clean learning environment.
Student Assessment: Monitor developmental milestones and support individual growth.
Family Partnerships: Provide professional updates to parents and build strong relationships.
Collaboration: Partner with your Co-Teacher and the Director to support enrollment and events.
Qualifications
Required: 2+ years of preschool teaching experience.
Required: Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with Foundry’s values.
Required: Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Required: Ability to move throughout campus, work indoors/outdoors, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Required: Ability to physically get up and down from the floor with children
Preferred: Willingness to attend and become a member of Foundry Church.
Preferred: Experience working in a faith-based preschool environment with bible-based curriculum.
Schedule & School Calendar
Part-time (12–27 hours per week depending on # of class days being hired for).
School Year: Mid-August through the end of May.
Holidays: We follow the local school district calendar for major holidays and breaks.
Note: Specific days are dependent on classroom placement and staffing needs.
Occasional evenings may be required for special preschool events (like Open Houses).

We are seeking a warm, attentive, and faith-minded Nursery Caregiver. You will provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants thru elementary aged children during Sunday morning services, weekday preschool hours, and special events.
Essential Responsibilities
Childcare: Feed, diaper, soothe, and play with infants and toddlers.
Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and secure classroom environment.
Engagement: Lead simple, age-appropriate faith activities, stories, and playtime.
Parent Relations: Greet families warmly and provide helpful updates at pickup.
Qualifications
Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with Foundry’s values.
Warm, patient, and friendly demeanor with a love for young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move quickly to ensure child safety. Ability to get up and down from the floor with children.
Requirement: Ability to complete Background Checks and willingness to attend and become an active member of Foundry Church.
Schedule
Part-time (5–15 hours per week).
Sunday morning availability is required.
Remaining hours are flexible during weekdays (on-site 1–3 days per week) with occasional evenings for special church events.

Schedule: Part-time; Monday-Thursday and Sundays with additional event hours as needed
Position Summary
The Kids Ministry Assistant provides hands-on support to the Kids Ministry Director and helps create organized, welcoming, and effective ministry environments for children, families, and volunteers.
This part-time role focuses primarily on Sunday ministry support, weekly preparation, and Kids Ministry events throughout the year. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and able to communicate effectively with children, families, volunteers, and staff in both languages.
Regular participation is expected on Sundays and at major Kids Ministry events, including Vacation Bible School (VBS), camps, family events, volunteer trainings, and other special programming.
Key Responsibilities
Sunday Ministry Support
Assist with Sunday morning setup, check-in, classroom preparation, ministry logistics, and cleanup.
Ensure classrooms and ministry spaces are organized, stocked, and ready before programming begins.
Welcome and assist children and families, including Spanish-speaking families as needed.
Support teachers and volunteers with classroom needs, questions, and ministry logistics.
Help reset and organize ministry spaces after Sunday programming.
Family & Volunteer Support
Create a welcoming and engaging environment for children, families, and volunteers.
Assist families with check-in, registration, questions, and general Kids Ministry needs.
Communicate important information clearly in both English and Spanish.
Support volunteers as they serve and communicate needs or concerns to the Kids Ministry Director.
Curriculum & Weekly Preparation
Review weekly Preschool curriculum and assist with preparation as needed.
Gather and organize supplies, materials, and resources for Sunday programming.
Maintain and restock classrooms and ministry supply areas.
Prepare materials and resources for special programming and events.
Events & Special Programming
Assist with the planning, preparation, setup, execution, and cleanup of Kids Ministry events.
Participate in major events, including VBS, camps, family events, volunteer trainings, and special programming.
Support event registration, activities, supplies, volunteer coordination, and family communication.
Be available for additional hours during VBS and other major ministry events as needed.
Work alongside the Kids Ministry Director and ministry team to create organized, welcoming, and effective events.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, volunteers, and staff.
Ability to work well with children of various ages.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and volunteers.
Willingness and availability to work Sundays and participate in Kids Ministry events throughout the year, including VBS.

Classrooms, check-in areas, curriculum materials, and supplies are ready before children and families arrive.
Children and families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for in both English and Spanish.

VBS, camps, family events, volunteer training, and special programming are executed with excellence, organization, and hospitality.
Communication and follow-through create clarity and consistency across Kids Ministry.
