Discipleship Groups
Study Groups
Larger, social-space gatherings (typically 20–40 people).
Study Groups offer connection through shared learning and discussion around Scripture or topical studies. These groups are a great entry point into community with meaningful interaction in a larger, welcoming environment. They are ideal for those who enjoy learning alongside others without the expectation of deep personal sharing right away.
Current Study Groups
This list reflects some of our current Study Groups and is not exhaustive. Groups may change or be added as new opportunities arise. Please email audra.dezfulian@foundrychurch.org for more information

Short Term Groups
Short-Term Groups
Medium-sized, social-space groups (typically 15–20 people).
Short-Term Groups meet for a defined season and are designed around a specific topic, study, or shared experience. These groups offer connection and conversation in a relaxed setting, with a clear beginning and end. They are a great way to explore community, grow in a focused area, and build relationships without a long-term commitment.

Small Groups
Personal-space groups (typically 15 people or less).
Small Groups are where relationships begin to deepen. These groups prioritize consistent connection, spiritual growth, and shared life through discussion, prayer, and mutual support. In this more personal setting, participants are encouraged to be known, to know others, and to walk together in faith over time. We believe this environment is especially well-suited to help people grow in deeper intimacy with Christ and move toward deeper levels of spiritual formation and maturity.
These groups typically form through personal invitation as leaders emerge and in response to the needs of our church community. Current Small Groups include people from all ages and stages of life.
For more information or to express interest in leading or participating in a Small Group, please email audra.dezfulian@foundrychurch.org.
Hybrid Groups
Hybrid Groups are open groups that blend the learning focus of Study Groups with the relational feel of smaller groups. While open to new participants, they tend to remain smaller in size, allowing for meaningful discussion and connection. Some meet year-round, other seasonally. Typically 10-20 people.

Micro-Groups
Intimate-space groups (typically 6 or fewer people).
Micro-Groups offer the most relationally close experience. These groups create space for vulnerability, accountability, and intentional discipleship. With fewer people, members can share more openly, pray more specifically, and invest deeply in one another’s lives as they pursue spiritual formation together.
These groups typically form through personal invitation as leaders emerge and in response to the needs of our church community.
