Season of Hope has been a Foundry tradition for over 15 years! Season of Hope is the time of year where, as a church family, we commit to providing assistance during the holiday season to families in the Cy-Fair community through our School Adoption program, our partnership with Cy-Hope and The House of Mercy orphanage in Mexico.
There are many ways to be a part of Season of Hope and opportunities to fit every budget and schedule - there’s something for everyone, and we would love for you to be a part of this year’s Season of Hope!
Season of Hope Sunday
Join us on November 16th at each campus for Season of Hope Sunday! We’ll have an event to kick-off this exciting season where you’ll be able to make a commitment to be a part of Season of Hope.
Season of Hope Christmas Trees will be located in the Admin Building (Jones Rd. Campus) and in the Cafe (Fry Rd. Campus) for you to select an ornament to represent your commitment.
We’ll have 3 ornaments representing a few of the ways to provide holiday assistance to families in need in the Cy-Fair community.
Wish List Ornaments (Christmas gift requests + clothing needs for students in our adopted schools and at Cy-Hope)
Holiday Meal Ornaments (Commit to provide a food box of items for a family’s holiday meal)
Gift Card Ornaments (Used to provide additional assistance to families in need such as unlisted needs, or fresh meat / produce during the holiday season or for homeless teens/families in the Cy-Fair community)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1- Visit the Season of Hope Christmas Trees on November 16th to find all of the ornaments with opportunities available
2- Select an ornament (or 2, 3, or more!) that represents what you would like to commit to (Ex: Wish List of Student at Francone AND Holiday Meal (food box))
3- Take those ornament(s) to the registration tables to sign-out for those ornaments and to pick up the packet with more information for each ornament you committed to!
Each year we are blown away by your generosity, and thankful for your commitment to give back to our community. Thank you for being a part of this year's Season of Hope and continuing our mission to Know, Follow and Share Jesus!

Francone Elementary School
Francone Elemenatry Holiday Shop
Francone Elementary runs a Holiday Shop for students to "buy" gifts for their friends and family by using the S.O.A.R. bucks they've earned for good behavior throughout the school year. We would love for you to join us by serving at Francone to help set up or work the Holiday Shop.
December 15th | Holiday Shop Set Up
December 16th-18th | Assist students with shopping & wrapping gifts
December 18th | Holiday Shop Clean Up
Francone is also collecting gently used gift items to fill the Holiday Shop. Donations should be small - medium in size, as the students will be carrying the gifts around school after shopping. Donation ideas include: picture frames, jewelry, candles, toys, wallets, socks, decks of cards, sports hats/beanies, etc. They also need donations of gift bags and tissue paper.
You can start bringing your donations, gift bags, and tissue paper to the church office anytime between now and December 7th.
